Currently the hill is closed due to a power outage.
Therefore the potluck dinner will be postponed — the meal will now be on Sunday March 4th at 5 p.m.

SUNDAY’S SCHEDULE:
Registration: 8:30-9 a.m.
Racers are to meet their coaches on the hill for 9 a.m. for course inspection/warm up with an anticipated race start time btwn 9:30 – 10 a.m.
GS Sunday morning and SL in the afternoon

Club Race Notes | Potluck Information
Welcome to the end of season celebration!
Those who are new families this season have not experienced the Club Race and Social. Come find out why the returnees find this a highlight of the year. It’s a weekend of fun, socializing and skiing at our own Mount Batawa. On Saturday after the race, back by popular demand is the huge pot luck taking place in the “Main Chalet” upstairs.

Saturday March 3rd ( Giant Slalom or Slalom Race TBD so bring both GS and Slalom skis)
BBQ lunch provided Hamburger or Hot dog and a drink (you must race or volunteer for free food)
Schedule:
8:30 to 9:30 am Registration
9:30 to 10:00 am Course Inspection
10:00 am Race Start for racers.
1:30 to 2:30 pm Skiing Skill Challenges start (remember, there will be prizes for the
top 3 of each skill challenges)
3:00 pm Awards
5:00pm Annual Pot Luck 5:00 pm (and night skiing).

Race Format and Awards
There shall be three runs or two runs for each racer at each race day which depends on the snow conditions. Top three male and female combined two best run race times out of three for three runs or single run race times for two runs will be awarded a medal in each division (Development, NG, K1, K2 and J) each day.
Wacky Costume Day – Sunday March 4th
It’s time to dust off that Halloween costume or come up with that original idea. There will be awards for the best dressed Adults and racers.
